Hey guys,
Been doing some research on the internet.
Looks like the best sports to get a killer bod are the following (this applies to male and female):
1.) Basketball (best by far for males, probably third on this list for females)
2.) Swimming
3.) Volleyball (best for female, swimming can make a girl's shoulders look too big sometimes. It may not be an issue if you focus on certain strokes, but I'm not sure which one)
They use all the muscles so you tend to have a balanced body. They are also explosive which builds muscle that isn't too bulky.
Keep in mind all these athletes in the sports above usually include some type of weight lifting.
The worst are a ton, but I'll include a few common ones:
1.) Table Tennis
2.) Long Distance Running
2.) Soccer
They focus too much on cardio and only on a few muscles.

Basketball players who don't look great (especially the females) only due so because of their freakish height. An average height person would have an awesome body.
